  • We are excited for your participation House of Faith's Annual Tournament for the Master.
  • You may register and pay online as an individual or a team by following the 2 step process below.
  • Please fill out the following form and click "submit" to register for the Tournament for the Master.
  • The Payment process is separate through Pay Pal.  Please pay by clicking the "Buy This" buttons. 
  • Please fill in "Player 1" as yourself, and the other player or players you would like to play with..
  • If paying for all players listed, please choose which "Package" each player wants. 
  • If you are not paying for all the players listed, please ONLY do the following:  check  the "Player Request" check box for each player you want to play with and fill in only their first and last name.
